Job DescriptionExecutive Car Service is an established Ground Transportation Company that has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, motivated and dedicated shift leader. We are looking for a applicant with entry level manager background to join our team. We are currently seeking a shift leader with good verbal and written skills and preferably ground transportation background. Resolves grievances and problems at earliest opportunity, if possible; researches and provides documentation for response to grievances; recommends grievance solutions and writes grievance responses. Motivates and coaches employees towards active and responsible participation in daily work to align with department and company values Investigates, responds to and resolves customer comments, complaints and issues; confers with employees and other agency departments as necessary to assure adequate response to customer concerns.
