Job DescriptionWe are a growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company looking for an experienced Product Trainer.As an integral member of our Customer Success Team, you will conduct web-based and sometimes in-person software training to new and existing customers and partners. You will update training material as new features are added to our software and will follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a high degree of satisfaction with the content and delivery of our training.
