Mark's on the Channel is currently seeking an experienced working Sous Chef for our upcoming busy season! We occupy a unique place in the world, floating in the Multnomah Channel at McCuddy's Marina with amazing views of Sauvie Island and the Cascades. We offer an established (16yrs and growing!) positive working environment with a team of professionals (owner and head chef are CIA graduates), meal and drink benefits, tip share, and fun staff unification events. Mark's kitchen focuses on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients prepared from scratch!Our ideal candidate possesses a flexible schedule and expertise to work a combination of days, nights and weekends. Work hours are 30+ hours a week during season. You have a solid method understanding, and are exceptional with the grill and saute pan.
