Recruiter Location: 800 East Waterman, Wichita, KS, 67202, USA Duration: 4 mnths Shift Details: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Description: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Background: 1 to 2yrs' background in high volume recruiting. Proven interview and selection skills. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities. PC Proficient Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment and selection of Contact Center staff (nonexempt positions) utilizing internal and external sources. Recruits, screens, and interviews applicants for employment. Administers pre-employment tests if appropriate. Refers applicants who are qualified to proper level of management for further interviews. Extends offers to select applicants. Assists with the background verifications on potential hires. Visits trade schools, colleges, universities, and/or job fairs in an effort to recruit applicants.
