Reagent QC Associate - (Madison, WI)

Temporary Assignment of 6 mons. The position of Reagent QC Associate will involve all aspects of QC testing with primary focus on raw material inspection, and in-process and final product testing. ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES Required responsibilities of the Job: Performing assays for release of raw materials and products, and method validations Data analysis to identify compliance to specifications, summarizing analysis results and any abnormalities Complete appropriate documentation and data entry as required by procedures and tests performed. Investigating out-of-specification (OOS) results Accurate record-keeping of tests/inspections performed Reviewing and improving SOPs Participating in training of new QC personnel All work must be performed within specific deadlines, under GMP and in accordance with corporate and method procedures Additional testing as needed for method validations and other special projects May perform instrument calibration or qualification according to written procedures.
