Job DescriptionThe Ford Agency is looking for a Junior Paralegal for a boutique employment law firm by Farragut Park. The successful applicant must be a highly motivated, fast learner with strong attention to detail, who works well independently and collaboratively, and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Paralegal will support the whole team in this collaborative and collegial environment and will really have the opportunity to be mentored.
