Customer Loyalty & Retention Specialist - (Santa Barbara, CA)
Position description Summary: DailyOM is seeking to hire a Customer Loyalty Specialist to be the 1st to run our retention marketing efforts. You will join our marketing team and work alongside acquisition analysts to build world-class marketing campaigns designed to engage, retain and build client loyalty. You’re an analytical yet creative thinker who can crunch the numbers, but also be able to visualize the customer’s journey with our brand and products. You should be familiar with the digital touch points where we interact with our customers – web, mobile, social and email. The role requires a deep knowledge of email marketing, segmentation & cohort analysis, and loyalty programming. This role provides an opportunity to significantly influence performance and success of the business. This position is based at our headquarters in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara, CA. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.
