Position description National Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for an A property in Katy. Applicants must be polished, professional, enthusiastic, have leasing experience desired but not necessary and available to work weekends. This is a full time position with comp package that includes excellent salary, comprehensive benefits and a lucrative commissions program. Sales experienced applicants welcome Description: Job Purpose: Leases on-site residential property by developing property concept; marketing properties; selling property benefits; negotiating contracts. Duties may include but are not limited to: Markets property by advertising vacancies; identifying and approaching prospective tenants; creating and distributing marketing materials; greeting drop-ins; participating in community and regional activities; preparing and submitting proposals; responding to inquiries. Prepares apartment for showing by inspecting premises.
