Leads are very expensive to generate and can cost thousands of dollars each year for Agents. Being accountable to your goals.This is accomplished by having a weekly one-on-one accountability call with the Team Manager to review the Agent’s accountability report in depth. This report tracks the number of leads, calls, emails, offers written, number of past client contacts, number of podcasts listened to, and the number of Facebook posts.New Agent Bonus: We are paying a $2,500 Bonus to a new Agent. The Agent must stay with the company for at least 3 mons in order to receive the bonus and have one property under contract or closed by the 3 mon anniversary. Boomtown CRM: We are using the best real estate CRM called Boomtown. It is an amazing CRM.
