Real Estate Coordinator Job - (Burlington, MA)

General Responsibilities: The Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the specific duties outlined below as well as any special projects that may be assigned on an as - needed basis. The Real Estate Coordinator will work together with the Senior Vice President of Property Management, all the Commercial Property Managers as well as the Accountants and other accounting teammates. Specific Duties: * Input Lease Abstracts into the various accounting systems such as Timberline, Yardi and MRI accurately and in a timely manner. Following up with the Property Managers if info is missing, ensuring that the abstracts are signed off and approved by the property managers and then filed in the tenant lease files.
