This position is located in Sterling Heights, though any Combat Vehicles Engineering sites is an acceptable alternative. The Principal Operations Research Analyst applies advanced multidisciplinary analytical and mathematical methodologies to identify, define, formulate, and solve large complex operational problems to assist decision making that balances risk, operational needs, and stakeholder qualifications. This role will perform a wide variety of duties including operations research, general research, testing and evaluation analysis, mission support analysis and logistics analysis. This position will support the development of advanced combat system concepts and help direct investments in research and concept development. Specifically, the Principal Operations Research Analyst: Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and disciplines, includes customer understanding, product knowledge and specialty areas to achieve results.
