This position will work full time in our corporate office in Charleston, WV The Technical Coordinator, Claims Quality Assurance establishes and implements claims best practices and assesses the effectiveness of their execution. This position researches and develops claims-related tools and processes necessary to achieve cost-effective results for a multi-state book of business. This position will coach, train and mentor staff on guidelines, standards and other technical aspects specific to the claims discipline(s). The Technical Coordinator, Claims Operations will analyze quantitative and qualitative business indicators, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and make technical decisions in accordance with delegated authority.
