This individual must have a thorough understanding of credit union processes, products and services in order to effectively communicate the most appropriate solution to member needs. In addition to responding to the needs of members, this person will also educate members of the credit union about all available service channels available to our members. Any needs that cannot be filled an individual in this position will be referred to the appropriate branch employee(s) or department in the credit union. This will all be done while meeting or exceeding the set service standards in the branch.
