Job DescriptionAvidia Bank is a mutual community bank headquartered in Hudson with locations in Hudson, Westborough, Clinton, Leominster, Marlborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury and Framingham. Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Key responsibilities: Primarily responsible for processing all incoming mail transactions. Ensures that transactions are processed properly and documentation is completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provides efficient, effective and courteous customer service. Performs a variety of transactions to service the business and retail customer base, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments; cashing checks; processing credit card cash advances and issuing or processing negotiable items. Ensures the accuracy of activities to achieve operational excellence and proficiency.
