We are looking for outgoing, motivated and ambitious applicants who have the expertise to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environmentThe Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager is an integral link in the business relationship that is created by our agency. The Assistant’s main role is to ensure customer satisfaction by processing service requests in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Additionally, our commercial lines staff heavily rely on this individual for administrative and follow through support.Assignments include: Payment/Billing liason – handle all non-pay cancellations correspondence/follow-up, as well as take and process payments from clients Prepare policy documents including but not limited to: Preparing Binders and EPI’s Preparing and distributing all Certificates Finance Agreements for surplus new/renewal quotes Handle Surplus Lines renewals including paperwork to clients
