Central Account Services Operations Supervisor - (Newark, OH)
Description PURPOSE Direct and manage day to day Account Services operations as well as supervise, train and support Account Services Representatives to ensure that customer service level objectives are met. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select applicants for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training for new tasks, develop subordinates' skills and encourage growth, prepare performance improvement plans as necessary, prepare and conduct performance reviews, make recommendations for salary adjustments, review and approve timecards for eight FTEs Direct and manage overall direction of the Acct Service Department- advocating and leading change Manage workflow processes for all Account Services and Loss Prevention by requesting enhancements, testing, reporting, and communicating change Oversight of Account Services including agreed upon service standards, quality control review, document storage and retrieval
