Job DescriptionEducation/Background: College diploma Preferred 2-4 yrs of background in Customer Service or Sales Administration with initiative and self-motivation. Skills/Knowledge/Expertise: Exceptional planning and management skills to manage all projects. Excellent professional oral and written correspondence , collaboration and presentation skills. Expertise to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Proficient with Ms office including Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft word, Ms excel and PowerPoint. Background with retailer web sites systems such as (TRU Extranet, Kmart Workbench, Wal-Mart Retail Link, Target Partners On-line) Helpful, however, not required. Resourceful/problem solver. Authority: Sales Administrator is an independent position, reports directly to Manager of Sales Administration. Key Result Areas and ActivitiesAdministrative: Provide customers with direction, guidance and support always striving to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
