Welding and Manufacturing Engineer - (Aurora, IL)

WELDING / MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Welding & Manufacturing Engineer needed for the Elburn area who will be responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring all aspects of Engineering. Pay is $20-25 based on experience Hours: 7am- 3pm Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Manages all welding engineering efforts including welding process development on new orders & revision of existing processes as needed. Develops WPS's, PQR's, WPQ/WOPQ's and related qualification documentation in support of production and new business opportunities. Manages/witnesses welding requirements. Manages Manufacturing Engineering efforts in support of Production. Creates/revises manufacturing documentation including Routers/Job Traveleres, Work Instructions, Weld Schedules Training Documents, etc. Assists Quality in the creation/revision of documents in support of compliance efforts for the regulatory requirements of ISO-9001, AS9100, AWS, Nadcap, etc.
