This position is located within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance, Bureau of Operations and Licensure Support Services Unit. The position reports directly to the Unit Manager. This position is responsible for the daily operations of employees who respond to healthcare practitioner inquiries both in writing and by telephone. This team performs detailed research to address customers 'concerns, reviews and process system generated reports and handles complex inquires to determine avenues and eligibility for registration and license renewal.
