Design Engineer/Project Engineer A n aggressive Company with multiple plants are looking to beef-up the production and Engineering Department. As the Design Engineer you will participate in the timely, efficient and cost effective design of AG and conveying Equipment and have specific accountability for assigned projects. Great work/life balance - but still offers a challenge. Design Engineer Assignments include: Consults with manager and recommends course of action to develop specific project plan, resource qualifications and schedule consistent with assigned project and product line objectives Coordinates designs, layouts and drawing activities for specific elements of products being developed and/or improved Reviews progress of projects and provides frequent team progress updates to manager Provides guidance to design team as needed to ensure the efficient and timely completion of specific project milestones Incorporates and encourages the use of engineering standards
