Systems Analyst - (Raleigh, NC)

The Systems Analyst will provide business process insight centered around the Ellucian Advance database and related advancement systems. Analyst will partner with stakeholders across campus on solutions to workflow, data integration and other process decisions. With an emphasis on customer service, analyst will partner with client and internal technical teams in order to examine, analyze, develop, test, implement, and monitor a variety of business processes, programs, reports, and technical solutions. The analyst will evaluate current issues and existing processes to identify solutions including, but not limited to, education, training, recommending database and application modifications, customized reports, recommending new solutions, and workflow improvements.
