Production Supervisor - (Niagara Falls, NY)

Supervises activities in production area to meet productions goals, quality and cost objectives. Implements production schedule based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply. Administer procedures and follows budget. Maintain schedules and manpower qualifications for assigned area. Generally supervises direct and indirect labor such as operators, assemblers, and other semi-skilled hourly and non-exempt employees to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Direct Supervision of production process and personnel. Administrative responsibilities for production personnel, including timekeeping, performance reviews, and corrective counseling. Perform equipment setup for new jobs as outlined by production qualifications. Assess Low Yield Alerts and prepare initial disposition.
