Inside Sales Specialist - (Conyers, GA)
Represent ABL to multi-facility, major end-user customers that centrally source and produce their lighting and controls. Provide inside sales support, coordinated with the Corporate Account Managers, for established and potential corporate accounts. Direct customer contact. Provide for full inside multi-divisional sales activities for internally managed "house" accounts. Provide inside sales service support for those project opportunities selected to be major and complex in scope.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(include the percentage of time the employee spends on each responsibility.) Project Management: -Utilize QDIP to drive process improvements using RCCM's and Daily Management. -Complete Request for Details (RFI) and assist the Request for Proposal (RFP) activities. -Create and maintain internal documents to support account management. -Communicate with all project players including electrical/general contractors, distributors, agents/account managers/sales reps, and/or specifiers.
