Research Coordinator - (Richmond, VA)

The Research Coordinator is expected to:. 1. Oversee and manage the implementation of the study within the Massey Cancer Center (MCC) and other cancer care centers as required. 2. Promote the project to physicians and nurses and ensuring recruitment to the study. 3. Develop plans for promotion and implementation of the study based on the individual needs of each MCC clinic and other centers as required. 4. Oversee Massey Cancer Center’s Clinical Trial Communication Support Core, which aims to promote diversity in research trials and develop programs to minimize barriers that prevent enrollment. 5. Prepare IRB documents for approval including amendments, continuing reviews and updates for VCU and other centers as required. 6. Identify, recruit, enroll and conduct telephone interviews subjects as required. 7. Monitor data collection and day-to-day project activities. 8.
