Research Quality Specialist - (Minneapolis, MN)

Job details: HealthPartners Institute is currently seeking a Research Quality Specialist to work at our Survey Research Center in Bloomington. This position provides support to the Institute Survey Research Center by developing and implementing quality assurance plans, and analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to improve processes and quality measures. LOCATION: HealthPartners Bloomingtion Ceridian Building HOURS: Monday through Friday, normal business hours ACCOUNTABILITIES: Be proficient in all aspects of data collection as required of Research Technicians, including: Enter info into a database Assist in preparation of mailed surveys Auditing research documents to ensure accuracy REQUIRED BACKGROUND: (Min requirements needed for this position) Associate degree in health science related position, with 1 yr of relevant work background preferably in a health science related position. Excellent technical skills in Ms word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, Endnote or similar software programs.
