Technical Assistant - General Commercial - (Knoxville, TN)

Job description: The Technical Assistant is responsible for assisting the Account Managers and Agents in maintaining client relationships. Periodic openings occur in departments such as: Construction, Commercial, Employee Benefits, Financial Services, Health Care Services, Personal Lines and Select Business Unit. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Required functions): 1. Creating electronic client files; invoicing clients; 2. Preparing binders; updating coverage summaries; 3. Receiving and responding to client requests for certificates; maintaining accurate and current electronic files; 4. Preparing policy books for delivery to client; 5. All other duties requested by the agent or account manager in accordance with TIS practices which are related to the successful maintenance of the client relationship. 6.
