Park Ops Logistics & Scheduling Coordinator - (Williamsburg, VA)
PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF JOB: The primary purpose and function of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure team player scheduling, training & tracking are met in a timely and accurate fashion. The position also includes other administrative duties that support business functions. Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling teammates (daily schedules, training schedules, specialty classes schedules), verifying availabilities and days off Track training documentation, monitor completion percentages and assist with in - park auditing. Complete weekly reports that monitor department processes and communicate info to managers, group supervisors, and assistant supervisors. Update Team Manage, requisition files, and location staffing reports weekly to ensure the appropriate amount of teammates are hired into each location. Assist Supervisors in maintaining a presence and visibility with teammates through in person meetings, phone calls, and time spent in the park.
