Auto industry background desired. This role will act as point-lead when Service Manager is unavailable. $35k/year bonus Help customers with vehicle service sales and scheduled maintenance requests Advise on vehicle maintenance and/or collision repair Lead teammates (Technicians, Lot Manager, Detailer, Driver etc) in problem-solving to evaluate customer needs and providing solutions Accurately maintain repair records, monitor labor inventory, maintain compliance with safety/environmental practices and manufacturer qualifications.
