Sr Application Performance Architect - (Hartford, CT)

Primary Job responsibilities & Responsibilities Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations which adhere to Application Performance Management best practices. Ensure architectural adherence and infrastructure efficiencies through blueprint and design reviews. Provide guidance to ensure Application Performance Management principles are successfully applied throughout the SDLC in support of multiple, concurrent SAFe Agile projects. Help evolve Performance practices to align with new frameworks and methodologies employed by Development teams. Assist in the remediation of application stability and performance issues across the full stack. Support the development and production support of enterprise application utilities and models to include publishing, best practices and guidelines for supported technologies. Work with vendors and product management areas to establish required infrastructures, frameworks and process aligning with best practices.
