Overview The Engineering Design Manager- Software engineering, is responsible for managing Engineers and technical staff who are responsible for identification, evaluation, and execution of new technology; and design and sustaining engineering of the Company's products. Responsibilities Assure efficient and effective design activity by leading and supervising staff and project teams. Assure efficient and effective support of existing product by supervising staff and representing the department in support activities. Assure proper documentation and technical regulatory compliance by leading and supervising staff. Assure a team effort by promoting cooperation, creativity, teamwork, great communication, and worker satisfaction. Contribute to budget performance by identifying and controlling expenses.
