POSITION DUTIES: Manage team of six MEMS design engineers to meet Sensor business goals for new Motion and Pressure sensor products. Interface with Package, ASIC, Validation, System and Product Line personnel to ensure that designs meet or exceed all technical and business requirements. Establish appropriate design and work product standards and track team compliance to standards. Implement continuous improvement processes at all stages of the design cycle. Provide leadership in driving on-going performance enhancements for MEMS sensors to enable aggressive product roadmaps. Manage resource allocation to meet aggressive schedule requirements.
