Environmental Analyst II - (Lincoln, NE)

Description Under limited supervision, assembles and analyzes technical data in a specialized field pertinent to assist the Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG)/Construction Facilities Management Office (CFMO) in assessing the impact of proposed projects and/or ongoing activities, or facility operations on environmental, archeological, or economic conditions. Job location is 2433 NW 24th Street (Air National Guard Base) Examples of Work Monitors, analyzes and assesses the impact of military activities on training sites in relation to established environmental standards and assists in the preliminary preparation of technical reports from these assessments. Identifies monitors, and analyzes existing Agency projects to determine impact on the environment and recommends modifications to proposed projects based on the findings. Assists in determining the level of documentation required by Federal and State regulatory agencies.
