Sr Telephony Support Engineer - (Concord, NC)

POSITION DETAILS: This person would support all aspects of telephony (projects, support and special requests). The perspective team player will support TDM, IP telephony as well as IVR applications. Also this person will have regularly scheduled meetings with business units to support their needs. We are looking for a well-rounded person that can adapt wo change quickly. The position will additionally be responsible for establishing project plans, schedules, and documentation including configurations, support processes and operating procedures. The selected applicant will function as an internal consultant and resource to the senior staff of the unit as it relates to current and future infrastructure. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze, design, implement and maintain all IVR and Avaya related projects, requests and systems for ACN operations Manage assigned projects from start to finish Work with Development team to integrate IVR with back-end applications and databases.
