Records Consultant - (Winchester, VA)

Position Objective: Provide general clerical and operational support services to a federal client related to the following activities: records inventory, file services, and records life cycle scheduling and dispositioning. Serves as a lead in functional areas and/or projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between the contractor, and various customers such as the contracting officer representative (COR), Area Supervisors, Technical Monitors, etc. Provide support in areas to include client system space management, quality assurance of data entry in client system, client system ticket processing, misfile and mail research, client data uploading, initial file reviews, and quality checks and disassemble for destruction. Provide general assistance for miscellaneous duties and activities associated with records inventory. Prepare the files for shipment to other client locations in compliance with the client security requirements.
