Leadership & Talent Development Officer - (San Antonio, TX)

Position: Leadership & Talent Development Officer | Division: Talent Management | Grade: E06 Work Days: Mon-Fri | Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Purpose of the Position: This position works in partnership with the Talent Management Director on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high performing organization. Works collaboratively to design develop and deliver leadership and employee development programs. Supports talent management strategies, processes and programs. Evaluates the learning and development needs of the organization and implements solutions that are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, mission, vision and values. Key Accountabilities: Implement and apply appropriate learning methodologies, instructional design processes, and delivery methods to deliver the most effective and positive learning background for bank.
