ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL POSITION DETAILS The Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the administrative and clinical direction of the nursing unit. Coordinates nursing department functions and activities as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Graduate of licensed institution of Nursing. BSN preferred. 2. Current RN licensure with South Caroling State Board. 3. 3 Yrs nursing background in appropriate clinical area. Certifications appropriate to the clinical area (ACLS, CCRN, etc.) as required by staff in the area. 4. Demonstrated managerial/leadership skills. 5. Successful completion of Connect Care Modules: Essentials IP110, Emar RX210,General Nursing Documentation IP300 with a min score of 84%. SDL2017
