This position reports to the Director, Talent Management and is an integral member of the Corporate Human Resources team. She/ He will be responsible for holistic talent management activities including: succession planning, performance management, high potential talent development, building training curricula, management training, competency design and implementation, recruitment and associated talent management metrics.
