Description Benefits Supplemental Questions Highly motivated individuals with people skills and mechanical aptitude are sought to perform waste water treatment plant operations within a team-based environment at the Department of Water Resources. Applicants are sought to fill vacant positions and to develop a pool of applicants for future vacancies. Duties include sampling and testing of plant processes and making adjustment of process equipment based on test results, observations and parameters targets. Entry level salary is $12.01/hour for applicants with no background. Salary is negotiable for applicants with Wastewater background and State wastewater license. Training is supplied for applicants with no background. In addition to comprehensive benefits plan this position offers a five tier paid progression program based on state water licensure program and demonstration of operational proficiencies.
