Job DescriptionHigh-end award winning design/build firm is seeking an experienced and motivated lawn care professional to help build and grow our maintenance division. If you have worked in the industry as an account manager or have background running a maintenance division, this is an exciting opportunity to part of something from the ground-up! You will have a pivotal roll in all aspects of building and growing this division of the company. As we gear up the division to begin in 2018, there will also be project management responsibilities this year to get comfortable with our team and all aspects of our business. Position details This position is responsible for managing high-end landscape projects while building and managing our maintenance division from the ground. The job will include coordinating the procurement and schedule the use of resources, including labor, equipment and materials to ensure max use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines and quality standards.
