Job DescriptionWe are in search of dedicated, hardworking, punctual individuals to fill a need to lead 2-3 man crews within our maintenance and lawn divisions.Candidates must have: A current drivers license (a chauffeur license will be needed if employed) 3-5 yrs of background in landscape maintenance or lawn care Expertise to lead and effectively manage a crew and time without supervisionMaintenance foreman will additionally need: Plant identification knowledge Skills in pruning and trimming of shrubs and ornamental treesLawn care foreman will additionally need: Familiarity and expertise to service lawn equipment Expertise to work full-time throughout the spring, summer, and fall with extended hours in spring and early summerTW Hallett Landscaping employees are expected to: Abide and perform in accordance to it's values Be dependable and prepared Be polite, courteous and respect management, coworkers, and clients Perform efficiently
