PROJECT COORDINATOR The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering exception new client implementation projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of creating projects from our templates, coordinating project documents and monitoring project progress under the direction of the Project Manager. This role will act as a liaison between project teams, clients, operational groups and all authorities having jurisdiction over the projects and be a key member of the core team charged with the implementation of the provider solutions and services for our clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Creates project based on client type and notify project manager task assignments are ready to be issued Coordinates new client onboarding sessions Schedules internal and client meetings in accordance with project plan Prepares fined pros and completes action plans
