SavATree is looking for a Help Desk Support Professional to join our IT Team This position is a great opportunity to break into a fast-paced environment with hands on background in computer networking, systems administration, infrastructure security and end user support. This position will focus primarily on assisting the Systems Administrator with day to day tasks of PC maintenance, network troubleshooting and remote user support for users in both a Microsoft Windows environment. Key responsibilities: Help desk support for 750 users Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, hardware and peripherals and LAN / WAN connectivity Computer, laptop and Mobile Device Deployment Mobile Device Management, provide support for users and manage vendor relations for our mobile communication Assist in maintenance and deployment of back-office systems Manage and maintain telephony systems and vendor relations Handle incoming help desk support requests Must create a high-level of user satisfaction through accurate
