Hse Advisor - (Midland, TX)

The HSE Advisor will be responsible for supporting the HSE related activities for the Company's operational crews and facilities. The Advisor provides support and guidance to operations and maintenance employees to ensure HSE risks are managed according to regulatory qualifications, Company policies, programs, and procedures, and industry best practices. This position will be required to deploy and facilitate HSE initiatives, training plans and provide training, as appropriate. Key Relevant Tasks: • Coordinate with HSE District Manager and HSE team to ensure effective use of best practices and consistent approach to HSE responsibilities • Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management utilizing Company policies, standards and processes for all operational activities • Provide HSE support
