Packing General Laborer - (Evansville, IN)

Responsible for the proper operation of the packaging machinery. Responsible to understand own role in the Food Safety Management System by awareness of the importance and relevancy of their activities and to report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Directly involved with HACCP activities and with responsibility over (CCPs) critical control points and must receive appropriate training as per work instructions. 2. Position assignments: -Material movement of product as directed. -Reprocessing substandard flour. -General clean-up of his/her work and surrounding area. -Empty bags of substandard flour into reprocess hopper. -Drive forklift to process the flour bag pallets from location to location. -Miscellaneous duties according to his/her position. -Attendance is an essential function of this position. 3. Necessary skills/Education: -Expertise to read in English -Expertise to write in English -Expertise to +,-,*, / using 10's and 100's.
