Screen Coater - 1st Shift - 5:30am to 2:00pm - (Provo, UT)

The Coater is responsible for applying the necessary emulsion coatings to all screens in accordance with GSP and industry standards. The Coater is required to maintain an adequate number of coated screens in each frame size to meet the coated screen inventory requirement. The Coater is also responsible for maintaining tension standards set on all screens. Assignments include mixing emulsion, checking tension and re-tensioning screens, and verifying stencil thickness and RZ value according to GSP standards prior to releasing a screen for exposure. The Coater is responsible for the cleanliness of the coating room and proper daily use and maintenance of the equipment required to coat screens. The Coater will all assist with training and coaching of others as required.
