Fulfillment Line Lead - Full Time Mid Shift - 10:30am - 7pm - (Madison, WI)

Job Summary: Reporting to the Fulfillment Supervisor the Fulfillment Line leader is responsible for pulling orders, assisting in the set-up and preparation of orders, and coordinating the work flow between all areas of GSP. The Fulfillment Line Leader will be responsible for the work load of approx twenty employees and will coordinate hours required to meet work load, ensuring all employees are scanning in and out POPDirector and alert all disciplinary actions to Management for further evaluation and/or disciplinary action if required. The leader may be assigned projects to lead teammates for special project goals. The leader takes responsibility for any order shipped by their team of pullers. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating flow of work from other departments to Fulfillment and throughout entire department Stages pull lines for the next day's task assignments Ensures daily priorities are met Communicates with AM's on any issues pertaining to their individual clients
