Project Superintendent - Concrete Due to our recent growth, Donley's Concrete Group is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to assist with projects out of our Raleigh, North Carolina office. Typical Responsibilities include: ? Project safety implementation and management in accordance with Donley's Safety Program. ? Safety Audit Process - walk the jobsite and discuss with field personnel what we can be doing to make the jobsites safer. ? Develop Site Specific Safety Plans with Regional Safety Manager and review monthly with project teams and Safety Manager. ? Assist estimators and attend bid review meetings; establish project logistic plan and constructability reviews, as assigned by PM, PX or VP. ? Prepare, review, update and analyze project schedules on a regular basis with subcontractors, vendors, and project manager; communicate any schedule changes or adjustments to appropriate parties. ? Monitor site production goals schedules; assist in monitoring and achieving EEO goals.
