Job summary Position Summary Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor in a Mail Order Pharmacy. As a Supervisor of Pharmacy Operations , you will oversee the Product Selection functions related to prescription drug dispensing for patients . Other assignments include but are not limited to: Ensuring that the production goals and quality components of work are achieved. Oversee cross-training and timely movement of staff within Filling, Packing and Shipping departments. Developing, training, and monitoring individual and team production and quality levels. As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor you will need to have a solid understanding of the practice of Pharmacy and Operation Management . The expertise to make sound business decisions will also aid in your success. This leadership position is available on our evening shift. The shift hours are 3:00pm-1:30am, Wednesday through Saturday. Will need to be open to some flexibility with the schedule.
