Shift Production Manager (Food Manufacturing). We are working with a Major Fortune 100 company in Battleboro NC. The Shift Production Manager directs production activity for 1 shift of a 3 shift, seven days a week operation, to meet company Safety, People, Delivery, Service, Quality, 5S, Engagement and Cost objectives. Production Manager Responsibilities Shift leader and champion for 5s, Safety, and Engagement. Oversees the production operation for a shift. Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve production performance. Manages the appropriate staffing level for the shift. Uses performance feedback details based on standard line speeds and productivity rates to optimize workgroup productivity and labor efficiency.
