Commercial Real Estate ParalegalThe applicant will be drafting basic real estate transfer and related documents. Review title, survey, and title commitments. Prepare closing statements, closing binders, and follow up on an extensive array of post-closing matters. Perform due diligence, coordinate and implement transactions and close commercial real estate transactions (debt and equity). Other responsibilities as client needs dictate.
